I've purchased 3 SeaDoos, 2 from Lake Norman Power Sports near Charlotte, NC. Always a terrific sales experience. We've had service issues, most recently a broken crank on a 02 GTX LTD. Each and every time they've come through with excellent customer service and made it right. As for the crank, they went to bat for me at SeaDoo. Between the dealer and the factory, all repairs are under warranty. Tell the owner, Dana Martin, that Michael sent you.

It's always good to see a dealer come through for the customer, that's the best way to make a customer a returning one.
