650sx history?

I am looking at getting a 90 650sx... I was wondering if these skis have changed much over the years. Have they changed alot or are they basically the same?

1987 the 650SX came out. My buddie was one of the test pilots back in the day for Kawasaki... In 1989 they upgraded to a bigger carb and thats about it other than colors... 1990 is a good year...

my x2 is a 91 and I know they changed the exhaust manifold, like that year or the one before? But it the little 38 carb it had was small, I think it was a good thing on yamahas' part to offer the 650 with a 44.

I think the early carb actually was a 28mm...

TexasRex you have an X-2? Would you be interested in racing it at a race this year if we can get enough skis.
