Chris_Riley 06-22-2006, 01:04 PM Ok, it's that time of year again when we start going to the Snohomish River in Everett Washington every sunday. Laungh time is 2pm @ the Rotary Park (in Lowell).
Everyone is welcome, and all are encouraged to try it. One of the cool things about the river is it lets the smaller/older ski's really open up. 550's there go about 40mph :)
It can get pretty chilly, bring extra gear. The more you have, the more comfortable you will be depending on the weather. We will stop and play @ different locations, get wet, then scoot 3 miles down river at 30mph, the breeze can getchya.
We travel a good distance, so make sure your ski is topped off, and you have @ least another 5 gallons per ski.

I'm in for this sunday, I will be the odd looking boat....lol.

Another good one today, 7 boats tearing it up. Met some new guy's up at Snohomish hanging out, good sunday ride.

Sense my ski broke, which is fixed now after draining the gas... tasty tasty. Can't wait for next time. And remember watch out for Beaver Fever!
