Newbie Help- 2000 Kaw STX 1100- dies....

The week before the jetski ran great- little sputter for hte first 15min of play- then ran like a champ for an hour. Got out, cleaned up, sat for 1 week- gases up, dropped in the water and would start but not run for more than 5-15 sec.

NEWBIE- owners manual points to fuel pump screen/fuel filter, vent line... any ideas?

You proabably got some water in the fuel tank/line. Try adding a bottle of Iso-Heet to get the water out of the fuel tank and line.
