95 Kawasaki 750 SS Stalling after 20 mininutes?????cavaliere 07-05-2006, 12:16 PM I have a 1995 last year we ran out of gas put the reserve tank and filled it up. Since then it stalls about 20 minutes after riding it in the lake. Wait 20 minutes it will start and do the same thing. Any Ideas where to start to look?????? Cavaliere reelred 07-08-2006, 08:46 PM check your carb fuel filter . it may be clogged. i am having the same problem and i read info about a guy that rebuilt his carb and when he got to the filter it was very clogged. he fixed his problem. i am going to change my filter first chance i get. if you change your filter please let me know if that fixed it. thanks, reelred cavaliere 07-10-2006, 07:00 AM Yesterday I removed the exhaust manifold. The small barbed fitting going to the switch then to outside the hull was clogged( the barbed fitting) ran machine with hose from jet pump. It did not stall but did not try under load.
