97 SPX Won't do anything!redrider22 07-06-2006, 10:35 PM It was running for about 2 minutes when I took a wide right turn at about half thottle and it quit. It was like someone hit a switch and killed it. Now there is no electical at all. Battery has juice and I can't find any broken wires and I checked the fuses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Mike dsolie 07-06-2006, 11:09 PM Have you checked the ground to the starter? That is a usual culproit on those boats. They corrode from the inside and loose the connection. If you have NO power at all, it could be your start/stop switch, or a grounding problem. To eliminate the start-stop switch. Jump your starter solenoid in the elec box. If it cranks over, it's probably your dess or S/S switch.
