my carbs are in need of a rebuild and i was just wondering what parts or kit i should buy. i was told i believe the square body 44mm mikunis can be rebuilt with no drilling. im looking to match up the carb to all the performance parts. dont know a great deal about carbs but i can put a rebuild kit in no prob. i have 2 carbs both 44mm square bodys. in the running ski i have a rebuilt engine with new pistons and rings boared 2 mm over due to horrible compression. i have a westcoast pipe with aftermarket waterbox and westcoast exhaust manifold. 44mm carb obviously with jetsport intake. solas 13-18 stainless prop. with ocean pro ride plate and intake grate. the non running ski has basically the same parts just different companys. and i have a skat trak 15 ss impeller. so if someone could lend some info to me i would greatly appreciate any help

thanks a ton

You can switch out the jets in the SBN carbs (the square fuel pump) without drilling - like you had to on the BN (round fuel pumps).

Your jetting will most likely be different for each ski, even though the mods are similar. If you didn't have any problem with your carb prior to rebuilding it, I wouldn't change jetting...
