Well lets see, i went to start my jetski for the first time this summer its been in storage. I hooked up the hose to the flush kit thing, so i could run it out of water went and tryed to start it and it wouldent. So then i took the spark plugs out and water was shooting out when i turned it over. So i imediatly took off the hose and turned it over till i saw no more water coming out. i then let it sit overnight, and i tryed to start it again today and it wouldent. So i put gas in the clyinders and it fired right up. And it will start now. What is your guys opinions on the water coming out of the pistons. It did sit outside in the fall in the cold for 2 weeks, could the water have cracked the jackets ? How can i find this out without introducing more water into the engine by hooking up the flush kit. i really dont want to do that till i find out what needs to be fixed. I really would like to get it in the water soon, its sooooo hot out!!!!!

you never turn on the water hose while the engine is off.
you first start the jetski, let it run like 10 seconds, then turn on the hose with the water.
when you finish flushing after lets say 3 minutes, you turn off the hose, wait 15 seconds, turn off the engine.
if after this episode, you had been able to run the engine and you are sure that all the water is off, then you should be fine. just run it.

phew thats good news, yeah i got it to run. i put it in the water today for run. it ran fine then it started to sputter out and only ran on one sparkplug, with the other sparkplug kicking in once and a while. i think the plugs are just bad, and the gas is old. im going to get new sparkplugs, and put some new gas in and see how it runs.
